Scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles (you know I love waffles). I love them all! Today was an omelette here at T.C. Eggingtons and it was one of the best I’ve had in a while.
Oh! The jam on the table was fantastic too!
Steak
Mmm. How do you like your steak cooked? I like mine medium to medium rare. I can accept medium well.
One of the best cuts is a nice filet, but I’m a sucker for the prime rib. That is what I had here at the Outback. I need to have more steak more often.

After negotiating with grizzly bears, gun-toting wildebeests, and traveling hundreds of miles (only one of those three things is true) I am finally home.
In order to celebrate I have decided to stop by a local brew-pub, Four Peaks Brewery, and feast on fish and burgers. They also have some good beer selections! Mmmmm Beer.
